Shipping Policy
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped. During peak demand periods — including product launches, seasonal promotions, and holiday events — processing times may be extended.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States only. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally or to U.S. territories at this time. For Canadian and UK orders please visit Pixyls.ca . For all other international orders please visit Pixylverse.com.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times depend on the shipping option selected at checkout, but typically range from 3–7 business days after dispatch. Free shipping is offered on orders of $55 USD or more before tax.
Shipping Carriers
We partner with trusted carriers (such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx) to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. The shipping carrier will be indicated at the time of check out, please note the carrier and provide the correct address to ensure a smooth delivery. US Postal Service mailing addresses may differ from your physical address.
Order Modifications & Cancellations
Once an order has been placed, it enters our fulfillment pipeline immediately. Address changes, order modifications, or cancellation requests after checkout are not guaranteed. If changes need to be made to your order please contact customer support as quickly as possible. Once an order has shipped we are unable to make any modifications. If an address issue needs to be corrected after shipping, please contact the carrier.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can monitor your package’s journey. Please note that tracking may take 24–72 hours to update after your confirmation email is sent.
Delays
Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control (such as weather events, carrier delays, or high seasonal demand).
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, or you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us at support@pixyls-us.com within 7 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date). We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Please Note, USPS delivery notifications are often inaccurate. If your order shows delivered, but you have not received it please allow 3 business days for USPS to complete the delivery.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a returned package is received by our fulfillment center, you may request re-shipment for a $7 shipping fee
Shipping Protection
Pixyls offers optional Shipping Protection at checkout, administered by a third-party provider. If purchased, Shipping Protection may cover lost, stolen, or damaged packages subject to the terms, conditions, and claims process of the third-party provider.
Pixyls does not administer, guarantee, or adjudicate Shipping Protection claims. Claims may be filed directly with the service provider. We are happy to assist in filing claims on your behalf.
Customers who decline Shipping Protection at checkout assume full responsibility for any loss, theft, or damage that occurs during transit.
