Order Cut off Notice: All new subscriptions must be placed by the 4th 11:59pm EST of the month to be included in that month's shipment. Orders placed on or after the 5th will be automatically scheduled for the following month's delivery.

The surprise is part of the fun! Each Pixyls fun kit contains 1 unique product. Requests for specific products will not be honored. If you want to ensure you don't miss out on any of our subscription products, we recommend subscribing to our Pixylmail Ultimate Kit.

Your first subscription payment is manually processed on the day you subscribed. Depending on when you subscribe, your second kit payment may process before your first kit has shipped. You are not being double charged. For example if you subscribe on January 2nd your first payment is for your February kit which will ship by February 15th. On February 1st, you will see an automated charge which will be for your March kit.

Kits will be shipped by the 15th of every month.

We use lettermail in order to keep costs low for customers, so there is no tracking offered on the monthly subscription.

If you subscribe before the 5th of the month, you will receive your first kit the following calendar month. If you subscribe after the 5th, you will receive your first kit 2 calendar months later.
For example:
Subscribe by January 4th, to receive the February kit
Subscribe January 5th - Feb 4th, receive the March kit.

Yes, you can add the subscription to any new order. However your subscription kits will ship separately.

Members can update their information by accessing the Manage my Subscription button above or reach out to our team at support@pixyls-us.com. Please note that changes should be made before the 4th of the month. Changes made after billing will apply to the next subscription cycle.

Yes, you can change your subscription by logging into your Pixyls account or by contacting our team at support@pixyls-us.com. Changes will go into effect for the next unbilled subscription cycle.

Payments will be deducted on the 1st of each month for the next month’s kit. For example, on March 1st, you will be charged for your April kit.

This subscription acts as a pre-order for the following month as long as you subscribe before the 5th of the month.
Subscribe by the 4th of the month to receive the following month's Pixymail.
For example:
Subscribe January 1st - 4th, you get February’s Pixymail
Subscribe January 5th - 31st, you get March’s Pixymail.
Once you subscribe, your next payment will automatically go through on the 1st of the following month.
For example, if you subscribe on the 28th of January, you will get March's Pixymail and your next auto transaction will be on March 1st for Aprils Pixymail.
So, if you miss the previous months window, it’s always best to subscribe first on the 4th of the month. Subscriptions from the 5th of the following month to the 4th of the current month will all get the following month's Pixymail.

Yes, you can pause and restart your subscription as needed by accessing the Manage my Subscription button or by emailing us at support@pixyls-us.com. Cancellations must be received by the last day of the month. Please note that a pause needs to be submitted by the last day of the month.

Shipping times will vary depending on where you live, however if your kits has not arrived by the 10th of the following month please contact us.
